It's great and you should watch it if you have any interest in animation or Dr. Seuss or modernism, or.... oh hell... just watch it anyway.
The backgrounds and colors are great. The character animation is fantastic; it tells you everything about the character's feelings without being formal (read: boring and tired) in its execution.
